Simbithi Country Club: Reviews

Beautifully manicured fairways, wonderfully designed greens. Lush and green surroundings, sunny and warm in both summer and winter. Friendly staff to assist and great food at the halfway house. After an enjoyable round, it's always festive at the Drop Zone and Figtree.

Simbithi is a par 61 but not an easy course. An average golfer will use every club in the bag. If you draw or fade you will have to think about how you play your tee shot. Greens run true. Bunkers inconsistent. Scenery beautiful and lots of wildlife on and around the course.

Very interesting and challenging course. No par fives mostly par threes but still a real experience to play. Spectacular views and huge differences in heights. You must use a buggy. One of the friendliest golf clubs I've ever experienced. This was my view BEFORE I became a member. The Club remains the friendliest ever. It is a par 60 executive course on an Eco -Estate. The tee boxes are being upgraded at present but some still remain below par. Trying not to be biased on my home course, the improvements to the course over the last few months have been dramatic! Schade das der Platz 12 par3 und nur 1 par5 hat, sonst fordert er aber alles von einem.

Ein Par 60 Platz mit vielen Loechern bergab wo Genauigkeit gefragt ist. Holekanten sind leider sehr abgestossen. Die Gruens sehr gross u langsam. Die Beschriftung zum Clubhouse koennte besser sein.
