About Le Golf de Vidauban - Prince de Province
Le Golf de Vidauban is a very exclusive and private golf club and one can only play here if invited by one of the members. The club was founded in 1999. The estate Domaine de Vidauban was bought and developed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. Formerly the club was known as Prince de Province.
Although Golf de Vidauban was the brainchild of Robert Trent Jones Sr, due to his poor health his son was quite heavily involved when the venue was close to completion. It was one of the few courses they worked on together and Robert Trent Jones Jr. often describes his father's design of Golf de Vidauban as ‘a true masterpiece'.
