I played the Dutch in the pro-am a day before the 2018 KLM Open. The weather on the front nine wasn't great a bit of a drizzle. The course was obviously in tournament condition. I have never played on such fast and true greens in the Netherlands and the narrow fairways with the meticulously 1st and 2nd cut off rough were amazing.
