Tee times
Overall, a nice place for a casual round of golf, in a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Very good practice area and driving range. Enjoyed the day out... and will visit again. Plus: - Green have plenty of undulations, challenging to the short game, putting, and offers multiple pin locations for variety. - Some fairways are wide, so you can use the driver, but others are tighter, and require strategic thinking on the tee. - Must be careful with approach shots. Bunkers are well placed and challenging to get out of... which is a good thing. Also, some holes strongly penalise a shot that goes over the green... so, think before you take the 'extra' club! - The final 5-6 holes are the best on the course, really challenging and fun finish that requires strategic thinking. Minus: - The routing criss-crosses a few times, so there's a couple longer walks. - I don't understand all the hedges that are left in the field of play... perhaps they cannot remove them because of environmental laws, but at times, they create an unfair hazard.
