-Good practice facilities. Very nice driving range off grass tees, large putting green, chipping green.
-Nice clubhouse with good food and decent pro shop.
-Wonderful greens.
-Spectacular views on the Ocean. A stretch of holes is right by the Ocean. This is priceless!
-Especially the view on the green with the old ruinous house and the Ocean in the background is …
