Royal Blackheath Golf Club

Not quite sure if I think this is a terrific club with a rich history just a few miles from central London or a slightly tired-looking place living on its past reputation with a lot to improve in the modern era. Perhaps there's bit of truth in both views. The course is nice enough and the clubhouse is a real architectural gem. Green fees are quite pricey, though, and I just hope the club's future will be as impressive as its past.

Kent is een graafschap in Zuidoost-Engeland en staat bekend om zijn witte krijtrotsen. Via de Kanaaltunnel is Kent nu ook rechtstreeks verbonden met het Franse departement Pas-de-Calais.
