Semi rough around greens has few bare spots, otherwise fairways are in good condition, given the recent weather. Greens are well maintained, on few holes there is some bird damage. Teeboxes could be improved, on some holes they are very uneven. All in all very well maintained course and with some online coupon options very good value for money.
