Not far from Ceske Budejovice you will find a town Hluboká nad Vltavou and the golf course with the same name which is located just below the beautiful Hluboká castle once known also as Schloss Frauenberg or the Schwarzenberg castle. This 18-hole "championship" course with Par of 72 is more of a family course if you ask me so I wouldn't quite call this a championship golf…

Mooie parkbaan met uitzicht op het kasteel. Modern clubhuis strak ingericht met lichte kleuren. Prima ontvangst bij de receptie, spreken beperkt Engels maar voldoende.
Fairways liggen er goed bij, mooi groen. Snelle goed onderhouden greens en veel,
heel veel water. Onderweg zijn we 2x een dixie toilet tegen gekomen. Neem wel voldoende water mee, er zijn geen waterpunten…
