This parkland course is quite well maintained and is pretty challenging as water is in play on quite some holes. You'll also find quite some elevated tees here. Nice lay out with a halfway house that you can visit quite a few times due to how the holes are layed out. Nice food in the restaurant and the club has a hotel. Pace of play can be an issue here, but we didn't exp…

As you drive into The Oxfordshire on the outskirts of the golf course, it gives you a taste of what is to come. The clubhouse itself is very grand which offers great views over the golf course and countryside. The course is a links style one but offers a good variety of holes. Wind often plays a big part here which makes some of the holes very tough indeed, but noneth…

The Oxfordshire is not an old course in fact it was only built in 1993. A unique blend of English countryside meeting it’s then Japanese owners requests designed by an American, Rees Jones. Rees Jones of Torres Pines and Pinehurst fame. It is true many a great course has claimed to be an inland links but I think the Oxfordshire is one that can say that with conviction, …

One of my favourite courses. Played in the winter and was wet but the course lay out is fantastic. Some stunning holes and if you like water this is a great course to play. Will visit again soon.

Erg mooie links baan.

Very beautiful, very well maintained golf course. From tee-box to green everything was very well kept. Driving range is OK and there is a chipping green and 2 practice bunkers, so you can really get a good and complete warming up. Big putting greens to practice putting before you enter the course. The starter was very kind and helpful. The Clubhouse is OK and all necess…

The traditionalist in me shouldn’t really warm to this big and modern, Rees Jones designed tournament-style course that is essentially a manufactured Americanised layout. There are a handful of gigantic, man-made lakes and linear mounding to accommodate spectator viewing as well as the inevitable long walks from green-to-tee to make room for the five sets of tees and bug…
