The Langeleed 18-holes course shows the characteristics of an inland links course and is integrated in the vast West-Flanders’ polder scenery and is open practically all year long, even under wet winter conditions. The greenkeeping staff tries hard to keep the course in top condition, in order to allow high handicappers (minimum 35) to fully enjoy the game. The vast, by swans and waterfowl inhabited water hazards, the ondulating greens and the numerous strategically placed faiway and greenside bunkers form a - albeit attractive but not to be underestimated – challenge for players of any level. In addition, a frequent strong western wind creates continiously changing playing conditions. Scoring on this course requires the appropriate strategy.
