The tee boxes and fairways are beautiful. I’m playing it just after the winter ski season and the condition is immaculate but the obviously the greens need another month to get heat into them and recover v. It shows no handicap but I’ve been scratch (0) for over 10 years and played for 44 years. This is one of the best courses I’ve ever played.

Very nice course at 1000 meter above see level. We played the Ian Woosnam course together with some local members. Perfect course to relax as you don't hear anything else then nature sounds.

Ian Woosnam Golf Course

18 holes

Pirin Golf & Country Club features two golf courses . The pride of the club is the outstanding 18-hole, Par 72 championship course designed by the winning 2006 Ryder Cup Captain, Ian Woosnam. The second course is the Pirin Pine Course – an exhilarating challenge for golfers, named after the surrounding area, featuring 5 fully constructed holes, designed by a young German company. The practice range (Driving Range, Pitching Range, Putting Green) is situated in the heart of the resort. It lays between the golf courses Ian Woosnam and Pirin Pine. Eager golfers could practice and improve their skills in one of the biggest and most impressive Golf academies in Central and Eastern Europe.

18 holes

Course B is named after the surrounding area, i.e. Pirin Pine Course. It is designed by a young German company. This provides a unique opportunity for two 18 hole courses to be played – Course A and Course B. If you are planning a holiday with us, just remember that.
