Vi kom en morgon med frost, när det gett med sig arrangerade klubben så vi alla kom ut från olika hål samtidigt. Spelat många världsklassbanor och den här är top 10 med många roliga, intressanta hål. Vackra par 3 över bäckar, spännande utslag på par 4 mm.

First time playing Druids Glen, The Heath course, since its recent upgrades. The upgrades have helped the golf course and has made it a bit more challenging then it used to be... like tight fairways and tricky greens. The Heath is attached to Druids Glen. The facilities are class. The Heath isn’t ranked that high and I agree, I’m just surprised it’s in the top 100!

A great resort located about 35mn from Dublin. I have played this course about 10 times. Always enjoyed it Druids Glen golf course which has hosted big tournaments in the past is a beautiful parkland course with plenty of variation in terms of shape and length with beautiful par 3's over water. Nothing needs improvement the course is excellent.

onverwachts hier gekomen om even te lunchen, daarna met korting gespeeld 65 e ipv 95 maar deze baan is de mooiste die we ooit gespeeld hebben schijnt failliet geweest te zijn en daarvoor 265 e te kosten, was hij ook waard! zeker de moeite waard voor 95 e zeker niet voor beginners.

Druids Glen beautiful location and a real challenge. You seem to need to move the ball in different directions every few holes. In other words a draw suits one hole and often next hole a fade is needed. Big changes in elevation with spectacular par 3 and 4 on the back nine. Druids Heath is a big contrast with a more inland links type feel.

Es realmente uno de los campos más bonitos probablemente de toda Europa.

Brilliant course played as two four balls here, with a diverse range of handicaps! From the restaurant to the pro shop to the bar everyone was really cheerful and helpful. The resort was great value and we stayed in the bar both nights as the atmosphere was fun.

Augusta van Europa? dat is water gezegd wordt. De par 3 holes zijn inderdaad Augusta waardig. De rest van de holes zijn mooi maar niet zo indrukwekkend als dat ik gehoopt had. De greens waren goed maar zeker niet snel. Stimp9. Had aan onderhoud ook iets meer verwacht. Clubhuis mooi maar een update kan ook geen kwaad.

Mooie baan met vrij lange par 4’s (als je vanaf wit speelt). Club house is prachtig. Hole 5 en vooral hole 13 zijn super. Op hole 5 (par 5) moet je eerst een heuvel over om dan downhill te spelen naar de green. De green wordt goed beschermd door bunkers. Te kort spelen is geen goed idee en te ver is ook niet goed. Hole 13 is één van de mooiste die ik gespeeld heb. Hole 18… More

Amazing and beautiful course. The whole experience felt typically Irish. The best par 3s I have ever played.

Mijn bezoek was in mei, met alle struiken in bloei. Het leek het Augusta van Ierland.

Vandaag de eerste van vier golfbanen in Ierland gespeeld, volle bak wind, maar droog. De baan is prachtig, mooi onderhouden en zeer fraaie greens. Bij de golfshop kan je een gratis trolly pakken, de baan is goed te lopen, ook zonder trolly trouwens. Op de fairway spelen is hier zeker belangrijk, bal in de ruf is bal kwijt, mocht hem onverhoopt vinden, dan is het een kwest… More

Beide banen gespeeld en met name Druids Glen is een juweel om te spelen! Echt alles klopt op deze baan, schitterend in onderhoud en er wordt gezegd over deze baan dat dit de Augusta is van Europa, en dat is niets te veel gezegd. Ook de holes zijn erg afwisseld en uitdagend en ook nog met een prachtig clubhuis dus wat wil je nog meer. De lunch is daar zeker aan te bevelen … More

Ein Traum-Platz. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder spielen und er ist jeden Euro wert! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Gespräch vor der Runde mit dem Marshall war sehr amüsant. Annähernd jede Bahn ist außergewöhnlich und die Anlage insgesamt ist top-gepflegt! Auch wenn ich noch nicht in Augusta war - das ist Irlands Augusta!

De golfbaan ademt in het voorjaar de sfeer van Augusta in de VS. Schitterende parkbaan met rondom bloeiende rododendrons. Een waar feest om er te spelen.

The course played really long which was to be expected as this time of the year. All areas on the course were well maintained for the time of year.

Einer der schönsten Parkland Kurse in Irland. Ein "storytelling" Desgin mit viel Abwechslung und Überraschungen. Kann zu Fuss bewältigt werden. Früher Austragungsort der Irish Open im Rahmen der European Tour. Einmal eine Abwechslung zu den vielen Links Plätzen an der Küste.
