Typical British links style and the wonderful scenario of the Venetian lagoon! The golf course in Albarella is the only existing course combining these two features: it was designed by the British architect John Dering Harris. The "sea-links route " stretches for 18 holes deep in a breathtaking environment, thus making of this course one of the most beloved courts by first-class international golf players. In 1972 over two million cubic metres of sand were drawn from the sea to build the course. That’s why the course in Albarella is considered to be born from the sea.
