On the plus side: Greens are fantastic, excellent quality round of golf for the price. Hole 4, a 406m downhill par 4 from the tips, with a stream on the righthand side, which crosses diagonally in front of the green from about 40m on the right to about 25m on the left, is awesome! Hit a pelter of a drive down the middle and it's an easy, fun hole; otherwise you're in heap…
