Au milieu de la campagne authentique portugaise, un golf un peu sauvage avec des longueurs de drive affirmées, des greens petits mais respectifs. Belle balade golfique dans un calme absolu.

Maintenance.

Santo Estevao is een baan in een erg rustig gebied. Het is een resort, maar dat is slechts dun bevolkt. Het landschap is nogal open, met wel wat bomen en struiken, maar het geheel is daarmee wat saai. De ontvangst is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook hier spelen op weekdagen maar weinig mensen de baan, dus ze zijn blij met elke gast. Opvallend is wel dat op de tweede 9 holes… More

This course is not that challenging. Wide fairways and gently undulated it is easy to play with a trolley or carry your bag. Greens are large but overall maintenance can be improved. However it is very quiet so we could understand the difficulties. Value for money can be negotiated.

Santo Estêvao Golfe very close to Lisbon but in a more quiet area. Here is more silence and therefore better to play. The par 73 course 6000 meters from the yellow tee it is not a spectacular course.
