Located on the hill of Lomada de Tecina, the course overlooks the blue ocean waters. In the words of its designer, leading British architect and writer Donald Steel, it is “the most exciting and challenging project I have ever designed and built. It is unusual because you have to climb up to the first teeing ground, and then it is downhill all the way. The views are amazing”.
The 18 Tecina Golf holes overlooking the sea measure a total of 6,343 metres from the white tees, and it is a par 71 golf course.

Tecina golfcourse
Met prachtig zicht op de Teide en de altijd aanwezige Atlantische Oceaan en een temperatuur van 21°. Wat wil een mens nog meer. Super snelle greens - vooral deze van hole 12. De baan ook één keer gespeeld met een krachtige wind die op hole 17 je dan echt wel parten speelt.

Zum ersten Tee geht es erst Mal hoch - richtig hoch. Mit Cart dauert die Fahrt mehrere Minuten, was wir zuerst nicht glauben wollten. Man spielt oft "blinde Löcher", was meist einen rechten Überraschungseffekt hat. Man spielt am Hang von oben nach unten, immer das Meer im Blick. Atemberaubend.
