Solid golf course near Sion. Even though it has the same name as his famous neighbour a few hundred meters above in Crans Montana it has nothing in common with European Tour venue Crans-sur-Sierre GC. The course is fun to play but it is quite a challenge for first time players as there are a few doglegs and tricky holes where I was not sure which club to play, like holes 3,4,9,14... Most Par-4 holes are quite short but technical. Par-5 14th is quite a beast where you need to hit a monster drive do get to the dogleg corner where the holes tightens towards the green. My favourite holes were Par-4 6th towards the lake, Par-3 7th over the lake and short and drivable Par-4 17th hole. Golf course was in good condition. Food was good and staff was also nice.
