The Drentsche Golf & Country Club is situated just even north of Assen in the woody area of Zeijen. With a 27 holes Championshop Course and a 9 holes Par 3 course, the Drentsche Golf & Country Club is an incredibly spacious and varied golf course.

Since June 2012, the Drentsche Golf & Country Club added an extra dimension to its facilities. The 32-room Golf Lodge, you can now wake up on the golf course and enjoy peace, space and nature.

Holes ranging from 80 to 130 meters, full greens and many obstacles, this Par 3 course is a challenge for both beginners and advanced golfers. The green fee for this course is a Par 3 day ticket, which lets you play several rounds on the same day.

We visited the club with a big group and played 18 holes on the while/yellow course and 9 holes on the red course. Even with the tough conditions, wind and rain, the course was in decent condition. Gastvrijheid is top en culinair op hole 19 ook. Onderhoud fairways geprikt helaas en naast de fairways veel polvorming. Greens zijn strak en fair. De baan is voor ieder hcp te bespelen. Sfeer is uitstekend en proshop heeft een leuk assortiment.
