About BurgGolf Golfclub De Purmer - Purmerend
18-holes green fees at € 49,- or € 59,- or € 69,-. Depending on the time of day. 9-holes rates are half.
BurgGolf Golf Resort 'The Purmer' near Amsterdam is a 36-holes championship course with a 9-holes PAR-3. Both are designed by Tom McAuley en Bruno Steensels. The course is distinctive by its combination of 4 times 9 holes. Which gives you 10 different course combinations!!!
After you've played your round it's great to have a drink on the terrace with a spectacular view over the last holes. And the Magnolia's restaurant is well known for its fresh and tasty food.
And don't forget to book one of the 100 chambers of our golf hotel. The experience of waking up on the golf course is unforgettable.

De oefenfaciliteiten zijn heerlijk ruim opgezet. Veel mogelijkheden om je korte spel te oefenen. Erg mooi allemaal!
Vandaag spelen we de lussen geel en blauw. Onderhoud van de baan ziet er gewoon goed uit. Vooral de teeboxen zijn in uitstekende conditie. Greens zijn mooi glad en lopen prima. Ook hier weer complimenten.
De gele lus is erg mooi met behoorlijk wat uitdagi…

Gespeeld op deze baan als nationaal burggolf lid; dit is niet mijn homecourse, maar speel deze baan in de zomer en winter regelmatig. Tijdens de covid break is de baan goed onderhouden blijkbaar. De baan ligt er erg mooi bij - goede fairways weinig onkruid, goede greens (bijzonder weinig schade door pitchmarks) en verzorgde tee boxen. In de winter kan de baan wat nat zijn…

Oef.. dat viel niet mee, mijn laatste bezoek aan Purmerend. Bij deze gelegenheid ingedeeld op de lussen rood en blauw tijdens een wedstrijd.
Rood blijft een prima lus. Holes waar je over na moet denken, prima onderhouden, gewoon leuk. Maar dan Blauw. Nooit mijn favoriete lus maar dit was een dieptepunt. Natter dan nat, bunkers zaten of vol met water of zonder een korrelt…
