When we arrived at Hilversumsche, we were surprised at how quiet it was. Surrounded by forest, you couldn't hear any traffic, and the only noises we could hear were birdsong and the occasional iron/driver strike. We received a warm welcome from the Caddiemaster, who is based in a separate building along with the well-stocked pro shop. The Restaurant has a lovely patio are…
