Darrington Golf Club in Darrington, near Pontefract, is ideally situated in the heart of Yorkshire. From the moment you drive into the beautiful parkland, you will be inspired by the beautiful fairways, water features and modern clubhouse, all combined with attention to detail and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Built in 1993 around existing mature woodland, Darrington Golf Club's golf course of just over 6300 yards provides an excellent golfing experience, whether you are an experienced golfer or a relative newcomer. Our golfing facilities include an 18-hole Championship golf course, a floodlit and heated driving range, a well-stocked pro shop with custom fitting and lessons by PGA qualified staff.

Nestled amongst an attractive blend of mature trees, gently rolling fairways and lakes, Darrington Golf Club opened in 1993. The course was purchased in 2011 by Darrington Golf Club Ltd and since this time the course has undergone major refurbishment programmes both internal and on course.

Mid Yorkshire Golf Club
Pleasant parkland course, not too many challenges but enough twists turns and doglegs to make it interesting. Beautifully maintained greens and tee boxes.

Mid Yorkshire Golf Club
Darrington Golf Club ligt direct aan de snelweg. Zo kun je vanaf de nachtboot (Hull) binnen een uur eenvoudig naar deze golfbaan rijden. Tegen een wintertarief (35 pounds) speelden we op een baan met afwisseling in de holes. Met name op de tweede negen kwamen meer waterpartijen en hoogteverschillen mooi terug in de course layout.

Mid Yorkshire Golf Club
Course in fantastic condition all year round. Shut 6 holes for a month in December but the remaining 12 holes had no winter rules. Re-opened these mid January. Layout is great for 18 holes. Only downside is the driving range could do with some more targets and other things to aim at to push it up there with Oulton and Garforth.
