The reception at the Links clubhouse (modern building left of the first tee) is professional and a bit cold The links actually own the course and there are 7 clubs that have playing rights.
We were invited by one of the members and that reduced the greenfee with £ 230, so for £ 50 we were able to play the course where Jean vd Velde found his nemesis…
