I took the 2.5 hour drive up to Rajjaprabha Dam from Phuket and certainly have no regrets. The Golf course sits next to the Dam which is located on the edge of Koh Sok National Park. It’s in an area of stunning beauty and the Golf course did not disappoint. The area is not very populated and tourism is fairly sparse and seasonal. As a result the course does not get a lot of visitors. The course is kept in very nice condition and if you happen to get nice weather, which I did, it is a thoroughly enjoyable course set in a breathtaking location. The back 9 is better of the two in my opinion and has a couple of fantastic pars 4’s and lots of great views. It’s a journey to get to but well worth the effort.
