Fantastic layout on a lovely piece of coastline just outside Valencia. A mixture of tree-lined holes and more open links feel holes. The opening 4 holes require accuracy over distance, particularly from the tee. Holes 5-9 are more open but more exposed to the sea breeze. The back nine is longer and in my opinion the tougher of the 2 nines. Great bunkering throughout and large undulating greens mean that 2 putting is not always a given. My favourite holes included 8,10,13 and the excellent 17 and 18, making it a really strong finish. I stayed at the hotel which meant that I got to play for only 51 EUR, making it exceptional value. Great course that is a challenge for all levels of golfer. Greens superb, only slight criticism is that some of the tees on the back nine are a little uneven. A joy to play and I hope to get back there again some day.
