On Thursday, November 22, we played a game on this course with a group of 4 men organized BS Golftravel. Due to enormous rainfall it was impossible to continue playing after 7 holes. The greens and fairways could not handle the enormous rain! After consultation with the caddy master, no consideration was possible! Eventually after long negotiation a green fee for 9 holes for 4 people. Even a request to make 2 times 18 holes of this was rejected! Our booking office Four Seasons Fairways could not be reached either, and since we had our program full (Pinheiros, VDL and Quinta do Lago), there was no other option than to return home with an unusable voucher, worth € 324,-! A very bad service and customer focus for Dom Pedro Golf!
