We as a society played both courses over 3 days, both courses were in great condition even on the Saturday when it rained all day. Hotel and leisure facilities were superb as was the restaurant, overall a great trip and would highly recommend.
A fine challenging nine hole parkland golf course located in and around an abandoned late nineteenth century dock basin adjacent to the River Nene in South Lincolnshire. its not in great shape but we had the best breakfast ever in a Golf Club well worth to put up with the state of the course.
The course is challenging for golfers of all levels; with the reconstructed bunkers and water features, the degree of difficulty has increased. Went as our home course has been unplayable for about 10 days and I had an Away Day to confirm. The course is very different from Home; tree lined and narrower fairways. Mooie baan die goed onderhouden is. Vriendelijkheid van aankomst tot vertrek. Wel duidelijk een commerciële baan. Gespeeld met de 2for1 vouchers voor maar £ 20. Fraaie holes in een bosrijke omgeving. Je hoort wel de snelweg die vlakbij ligt.
