One of the best courses in Spain and Europe and satisfying all requirements for hosting professional competitions.
A beautiful course and a very difficult one, where the stars of the round are the trees and the numerous big lakes. It's a long course suitable for big hitters, though accuracy is also essential from the tee as the greens are surrounded by water. Everyone who has had the pleasure of walking its fairways has gone away with a positive impression of the course. With its naturally undulating terrain, the fairways can seem quite narrow when you are driving off from the tee but they open up for the second shot before reaching greens which are wide but full of secrets.

Dominated by pine trees and lakes, the course is shorter and a little less difficult to play than the Stadium Course, yet the Ángel Gallardo and Neil Coles design ensure that it remains a challenge for every level of player.

Stadium CourseTour Course
We were with a group of 20 players and we played both the Tour and Stadium course. It had rained quite a lot, so the courses played quite long. Greens were soft, again due to the rain. Greens were difficult to read but fair. The grain of the grass really impacted the speed of the ball. Sometimes the grain went different ways, which made putting a real challenge.

Stadium Course
De stadium course is een echte uitdaging om te spelen. De greens hebben veel grain (gras groeit een bepaalde kant op) en zijn behoorlijk glooiend. Dat betekent dat je continue aan het beoordelen bent hoe je de lijn is en hoe snel het is. Van de tee moet je goed kijken waar je de bal moet plaatsen. Dit is en blijft een van mijn favoriete golfresorts. Alles klopt hier. Gastvrij, servicegericht, goede hotels en natuurlijk een geweldige golfbaan.
