You want to save on maintenance? Very easy. Make everything outside fairway wild wild. Every ball out of fairway is lost. And the design is torturous, hilly, windy etc. So expect frustration. Connections between holes can be long. Very cheap for this good level of maintenance. Can not be second in Portugal!
