An incredible golf course design in big dunes. It's a real championship course, long and difficult. A good short game is mandatory. Great hopsitlity with your nation flag on the club house and very sympathic staff (pro, bar, restaurant...). Only one point to improve: a course guide will be very interesting.

Great golf course. Long and demanding holes with devilish greens. Stunning location on a peninsula, almost an island, with beautiful views of the sea, the estuary and Malahide village in front. A true Championship links course!

deze baan ligt een half uur van Dublin vandaan. Erg mooie baan met hoge duinen en met mooie vergezichten. Deze dag met weinig wind gespeeld ondanks dat een moeilijke baan om te spelen. Moeilijk om birdies te maken en een bogey is snel gemaakt. Rough is wel hoog maar de bal is wel vindbaar. Clubhuis is oud maar heeft wel zijn charme.

En av de vackraste golfbanor jag spelat faktiskt. Sanslösa vyer och banan var i absolut toppskick. Fick ett mycket trevligt välkomnande på klubben, banans Marshal som och visade sig vara son till klubbens ordförande tog sig tid att visa mig runt i klubbhuset och berättade om klubbens historia. En fantastisk bana verkligen. Fick ett mycket varmt välkomnande och en rundtur i klubbhuset där Caddie-mastern berättade om klubbens historia. Kan varmt rekommendera ett besök för detta var absolut nr1 av alla banor jag spelade under mitt besök på Irland.

Ce parcourt et tous simplement un super Links il vaut bien c'est 125 euros. il est très bien entretenu les greens sont très dur donc ultra rapid. un parcourt a faire au moins une fois.

One of the best around and it has some close friends around which are as good. One of my favorite course ever played every holes a challenge and wind can make it even harder greens are always top class. One everybody should play.

Great golf course and club house. Very challenging as breeze its really strong. Classic irish links. Big ondulate greens.

The last course I played on my Ireland trip. The club house was kind of nice, small but well maintained and with a good pro-shop with great staff, had a lot of faun talking to them and they were very friendly and really tried to make you feel welcome. The Island is a fantastic club. The course and club are fabulous and I have great memories playing there on a couple of occasions now.

The Island is prachtig gelegen met mooie views over de zee en het landschap. Bij aankomst moesten we wel witte sokjes kopen (the rules) we speelden in juni en het was goed te merken dat de droogte zijn invloed heeft. Geen makkelijke course met een pittige 1e lange hole. Mooie smalle fairways die verraderlijk zijn en bumperrunnen kan een oplossing zijn. Kortom een echte mo… Meer
