Mount Temple Golf & Country Club

Mount Temple is a nice challenging course set in the "Hidden Heartlands" of Ireland. the course is fair and offers a few scoring holes where accuracy off the tee will be rewarded with scoring opportunities. Getting there via some very narrow rural roads was a bit scary. But the entrance itself is very nice. People at the reception very friendly. Clubhouse simple but cosy. Signs on the teeboxes only tell the par and the length of the hole, not the layout or distances to bunkers etc. pity. It is a typical and beautiful parkland course.
