The Los Lagos course is a very good and enjoyable design, suitable for most players. Opens with a par five that challenges many because of the streams protecting the green. There are many water features as the name suggests, but with some care are mostly avoidable. Some quite long par fours too which may tire the more senior golfer. No need for a buggy as the curse is undulating but not hilly. The clubhouse is very disappointing, nothing more than a very average restaurant with no views. The pro shop is quite well stocked. Staff reasonably friendly. Range balls very poor and expensive. Mats only for range and chipping. Practice bunker compacted earth. For a course with so many customers, the details are shockingly bad. Such easy things to improve. There is an air of complacency which is very dangerous for any business.
