Golf in Normandy
You will not find a lot of golf resorts in Normandy, but that does not really matter when you want to golf in Normandy. There a plenty of good hotels which makes Normandy very suitable for a short golfbreak. But also for a longer golf holiday Normandy is quite ok, as Normandy really has a lot to offer: Normandy has 45 golf courses - all pretty different. Some Normandy golf courses have the looks of a Scottish links, others are more an inland or parkland course with many hills and forests.
Best period to golf in Normandy is from June till September. On average, temperatures in those months are above 20°C (68 °F), the number of hours of sun is highest and during those months the chance on rain is lowest.
Normandy is just 2 hours from Paris and has rich and varied cuisine, many quality hotels with an excellent historical and cultural heritage. Whether you are a beginner golfer or experienced player, the Normandy golf courses will welcome you with open arms.Popular cities in Normandy

Golf d'Etretat
Probably not a great famous championship course, but I think it’s a course where everybody can enjoy even more.
Gorgeous views and some great holes.
Wide fairways for driving, firm and fast enough greens with a perfect ball roll.
A place to really have fun playing golf.
Must go if you’re around.

Golf Bluegreen Houlgate
Le parcours est assez varié, très physique (la voiturette est peut être nécessaire pour certaines personnes) avec énormément de descentes et de montées.
Globalement, le parcours est intéressant même si je trouve que certains par 3 et quelques trous (6 à 12) manquent cruellement de difficultés.
Le 17 et le 18 sont vraiment agréables à jouer car les deux trous sont sépa…

Golf De Caen
Ayant joué les deux parcours dans la même journée, j'ai donné un avis plus détaillé sur le golf dans son ensemble et sur le parcours 18 trous sur mon profil.
Cet avis ne concerne que le parcours (Le Bois) composé de 9 trous.
Comme son nom l'indique, le parcours se situe principalement dans un environnement boisé et étroit.

Golf De Cabourg Le Hôme
Golf en bord de mer avec une partie boisé avec de nombreux plans d'eau et une autre avec quelques trous type links.
Le golf a fêté ses 110 ans l'an dernier, il fait donc partie des premiers golfs construits en France.
Le parcours comporte beaucoup de pars 3 notamment sur la fin de parcours. Les 14,15 et 16 ne sont pas si faciles qu'ils n'en ont l'air car ils se situen…
