The County Dublin lies in the province of Leinster and is named after the city of Dublin, the capital city of Ireland. Howth Golf Club
Howth is a hidden gem on the verge of being discovered. Located on a peninsula about a half hours drive of Dublin airport it's a real find. The Island Golf Club
The drive to the Island (about half an hour north of Dublin) is very nice. Especially the last part where the water is just right of the road and you see the clubhouse in the distance. The clubhouse itself is not very interesting but the golf course, designed in 1890, is extremely nice. We played it on an exceptional hot day in June and enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

The Royal Dublin Golf Club
The experience of playing Royal Dublin starts when you cross the wooden one way bridge to reach the island were the club was founded in 1885. Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links
Built on the old Jameson Whisky estate next to Portmarnock old this well designed links is made for guests and locals. We arrived at the hotel entrance and then it's a bit hard to find the pro shop but when we did they were super friendly.
The course is designed by Bernard Langer & Stan Eby in 1995
