Howth Golf Club
Howth is a hidden gem on the verge of being discovered. Located on a peninsula about a half hours drive of Dublin airport it's a real find. When driving up there you don't realise that the course is located on top of the hill with amazing views all over Dublin including at least 5 other courses worthwhile playing as well. The staff is extremely friendly and so are the mem…

The clubhouse itself is not very interesting but the golf course, designed in 1890, is extremely nice. We played it on an exceptional hot day in June and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. E…

This Colt design is the 2nd oldest club in Ireland and tradition is found all over the clubhouse. An other interesting fact is that, if you wear shorts, you have to wear white ankle covering socks! 4 out of our party did not have an…
