Leatherhead Golf Club
Played the course 17/11/21 Considering there has been little rain recently the course was in appalling condition. Every fairway was soaking wet, full of mud/clay with clumps of grass on top. The course in our opinion should have been closed it was in such bad condition. The worse condition of any course I have played Don't waste your money playing this course.

Old Course
Played the Old Course and what a beauty. Loved everything about the day. The course is in immaculate condition with very quick greens. It is a course that you have to play from the fairway because going into the heather and rough leaves very little option but to take your medicine. There are a few blind tee shots, so make sure you study the guides to ensure that you stay …

Sunningdale Ladies Golf Club

Sunningdale Ladies Golf Club
Sunningdale Heath used to be the Ladies club for the male members of Sunningdale next door (literally at a par 3 on the back nine you can walk on one of the big Sunningdale courses). The course has mainly par 3's and a couple par 4's the total par for gents is 58 and 61 fo Ladies. The course is designed by Harry Colt and has some holes that could easily fit in any of th…

West Hill Golf Club
The 2nd W I played on this trip and it delivered on my expectations. Maintenance was sublime, not one thing to fault. Compared to the other W I played (Worplesdon) there were more blind shots. A stroke saver is advised, especially with the small river running through the course. The heather here was quite high in some places, making it difficult to find your ball (or esca…

Old CourseNew Course
NEW COURSE: Entre todas las c…

Played the NEW and OLD course on the same day, what-an-experience! Played the NEW course in the AM beautiful design by Harry Colt, it was built in 1923 so almost 100 years old and still a good test for any golfer even from the yellow tee's. Amazing par 3's, lovely par 5's and great par 4's. As I reviewed here before the spaciousness is what impresses me the most, next t…

Worplesdon Golf Club
Worplesdon was designed by Abercrombie and Willy Park junior. It's on of the many great hidden gems of Surrey. It has a little more attention because it's one of the 3W's together with nearby Woking and West Hill. Next to the super famous courses in Surrey like Sunningdale and St George's Hill Worplesdon is a real find. Great golf for a very affordable green fee. You …

Worplesdon Golf Club

Worplesdon Golf Club
Played two out of the three W's in Surrey. There is constant discussion on which one is the best but I can only join the discussion if I come back to play the remaining one (Woking). I was simply blown away by this magnificent course. There was only one average tee shot (hole 2) but for the rest it is among the best courses I've ever played. Every hole was jaw droppingly …
