Golf in Republic of Ireland
Internationally, Ireland’s commitment to golf was rewarded with the staging of the Ryder Cup 2006 at the Palmer Course of the K Club. The Ryder Cup is set to return to Ireland in 2027 to Adare Manor. Famous Irish golf courses are Old Head Golf Links, The European Club, Lahinch Golf Club, The Island Golf Club, Killeen Castle, Adare Manor, Ballyliffin Golf Club, Druids Glen and Fota Island. Irish golf courses attract thousands of golfers from all over the world. This year, why not join them? There are also several great golf resorts in Ireland. If you're looking for golf and other entertainment, then consider Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort, Adare Manor, Rosapenna Golf Resort, The K Club Golf Resort or Luttrellstown Castle Resort.

The staff is extremely friendly and so are the mem…

Tralee Golf Club
Tralee Golf Club was designed by Arnold Palmer. Palmer once famously said that he designed the front 9 of Tralee and the back 9 were designed by god. Indeed the two nines play quite differently. The clubhouse itself is not very interesting but the golf course, designed in 1890, is extremely nice. We played it on an exceptional hot day in June and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. E…
