Goyer Golf & Country Club
When I booked a tee time at Goyer I asked for 14h00 and I got 14h08, which of course sounded perfectly fine.
On arrival I was asked if I was familiar with their greenfee price, and if I had a correct handicap (they ask 24 for visitors). Nothing else worth mentioning was said.

Finally had the pleasure to play 'De Haar', a relatively new course in the Utrecht area. During a warm and sunny afternoon, I enjoyed the forest, heathland, Inland Links, and parkland course all in one. Golfclub De Hoge Kleij
Hoge Kleij is a very nice course. It's quite long and the greens are restored by Frank Pont who is fond of making them like a dome so if you miss the center or are too long the ball rolls off.
The solution is (especially if your handicap 18+) to play par 4's as par 5's if you have a shorter approach it's easier to keep it on the green.
