Golf in Dominican Republic
One of the most well-known golf courses in the Dominican Republic is the Punta Cana Resort & Club, which is located on the east side of the country. This luxurious resort features two 18-hole championship courses. La Cana Golf Club is a 27 holes golf course consisting of three nines; Tortuga, Hacienda and Arrecife. In total, this P.B. Dye design features 14 holes with ocean views of the crystal blue Caribbean Sea. The Corales course was designed by Tom Fazio and opened in 2010. It's an exclusive and dramatic 18-hole course with six Caribbean Oceanside holes. Designed along the natural cliffs, bays, ocean coves and the inland lakes and coralina quarries, playing Corales sure is an experience to remember. Another top golf destination in the Dominican Republic is Casa de Campo, a luxurious resort located in the southeast part of the country. Casa de Campo features three world-class courses, including the famous Teeth of the Dog, which is consistently ranked among the best courses in the world. The Teeth of the Dog features seven holes directly on the Caribbean Sea and offers a challenging yet rewarding golf experience. In addition to these world-class resorts, the Dominican Republic also has several public and semi-private courses that are open to the public. The Dominican Republic is a culturally rich country with a diverse blend of influences from Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean. The capital city of Santo Domingo is a particularly vibrant cultural hub, with many museums, galleries, and live music venues. One of the most famous cultural activities in the Dominican Republic is cigar making, which is a traditional industry in the country. Visitors can tour cigar factories and learn about the history and process of cigar making. Overall, the Dominican Republic is a top destination for golf enthusiasts. With its beautiful courses, warm climate, and stunning natural scenery, the country offers something for golfers of all skill levels. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a beginner looking to learn the game, the Dominican Republic is a great place to tee it up.

Puntacana Resort & Club - Corales
Very good course with a very good design that runs around the beach which makes it one of the typical Caribbean courses and also one of the really nice courses. Tom Fazio did a great job of design here, the PGA TOUR does not choose a course that is not special to play one of its tests. It is exceptionally well maintained and the facilities are superb.

Cocotal Golf and Country Club
I played there the final day of Meliá Golf challenge. It is not an ocean views course but we enjoyed a lot. The pairs four are quite long and the greens well maintenance. The manager is a lovely lady and she is doing a very good job. Congratulations.
