Een schitterende baan, prima onderhouden. Gelegen tegen de Pilanesbergen dus kans op dieren op de baan of op de bergen. Imponerende vergezichten op baan en vanaf het clubhuis. Uitstraling en sfeer van baan, clubhuis en personeel is 100 % gericht op klantvriendelijkheid en spelgenot. Baan is moeilijk voor spelers met een beperkte carry. Daar moet je rekening houden. Plus sceniquf que le Gary Player Course mais moins golfiqie. Plus fréquenté sans doute parce que les voiturettes sont acceptées! Les greens sont moins bons qu’au Gary Player et peu roulants. Un golf à faire cependant!

Prachtig gelegen baan in Sun City, met vrij uitzicht op het omringende nationaal park Pilanesberg. Dat biedt heel mooie plaatjes, zoals vanaf hole 1 zicht op een grote kudde olifanten die over de tegenover gelegen berg liepen. Ook veel vogels in de diverse waterpartijen. Avvicinandomi alla clubhouse dall'aspetto fantasy sembra di entrare in un gigantesco castello di sabbia. Il paesaggio del golf course è quello tipico della savana sudafricana con paesaggi meravigliosi! Dit is een top baan! Wat een rustgevende omgeving is dit. Midden in Pilanesberg. Zalig genieten. Wij hebben gespeeld met buggies én caddies. De caddies deden echt hun best als spotter, om te zien waar onze bal terecht gekomen is. Hiervoor gingen ze midden op de fairway staan, op zo’n 175 à 200 m maar binnen schootsafstand! Fantastisch, vooral de krokodil op hole 13, je bent wel je bal kwijt als je die hier in het water slaat maar een belevenis om op deze baan te spelen! Aanrader!

Really enjoyed my round of golf here just after the NEDbank Challenge. The course is spectacular with some great views. Although it is a long course it didnt feel that long, possibly because of the spectacular views and breathtaking holes. Course was easy to navigate with good information on the tees. We arrived to play and were immediately taken in by the stunning views of the 9th and 18th as they approached the Fantasy-looking clubhouse that resembled a giant sand castle. This was Golf in the South African bush with wonderful landscapes! Stunning course in the hills above Sun City, offering spectacular views of the Pilanesberg area and the Palace of the Lost City Hotel. The course is great on its own, and doesn't even need the gadget factor of the much talked about crocodile pond on the par 3 13th. The Lost City golf course is the little sister of the Gary player country club. The course is adjacent to his big brother. There are magnificent views and wildlife and you can be looking more to the environment as to your ball. This was by far the best course we played in South Africa. An excellent maintained golf course, with many challenging holes and set in really beautiful scenary.
