As with all the golf clubs in Peru, this is an elite and private club! We played here 3 times thanks to the membership of the Country Club Hotel. Without your invitation letter you are not admitted. Greenfee is $130 plus 26% taxes! The price is for 9 or 18 holes. We never had the option to play the first nine holes as they were under restoration. Grand opening is forseen on the 5th may 2019. It’s an average course to play, most holes are up and down running next to each other. The course is surrounded by upclass apartments in the residential quarters of foreign embassy’s. It is in the middle of Lima. Caddies are mandatory costing about 80 soles/person. They hardly speak any English, only Spanish. It’s easy to obtain a tee time when their is no competition at the weekends, as on average about 20 people play per day. Hole 15 is the most difficult, but I found the 17th more tricky, like the par3 13th. A raised green with run-off slopes, protected by a big bunker in the front of the green and big trees making the fairway pretty narrow, demanding accuracy. The 18th hole goes back to the clubhouse, rather ordinary but a good finishing hole.
