Finkenstein is a hospitable members club in the south of Austria close to Slovenian border. The Clubhouse is situated on top of a hill and has some very nice rooms to stay in. The course itself was in very good condition and the greens were quite fast with some very tricky (maybe not even regular) pin positions. But members should take care of their pitch marks a bit more as there were tons of un repaired pitch marks! The food was also good and not expensive. Good course in the valley, pretty flat. Play on the middle of August and green were good, fairways as well.
