Een van de topbanen in Denemarken, alles straalt hier rustige klasse uit. Naar Deense normen dure greenfee, maar je krijgt er wel kwaliteit voor terug, het onderhoud is top en de oefenfaciliteiten zijn geweldig. De baan is licht heuvelachtig en zeer goed wandelbaar. Kleedkamer met goede douches en handdoeken en vriendelijke ontvangst in de pro shop.

Played the new course a couple of years ago, and was very impressed, so took a detour driving back from holiday in Sweden this year to go back and play the old. Stunning clubhouse, facilities and surroundungs. Mature parkland on the edge of very peaceful woodland and countryside. Both courses are similar in design, and require precision to avoid water and deep rough, but the old course is wider and more open (except the intimidatingly narrow par 5 second hole). Great quality courses, but did not love the excessive number of doglegs on the old course, and found the very short (under 100 meters, even from the back tees) par 3 8th hole simply too short. Apart from that,2 impressive courses and a beautiful place to spend a sunny afternoon.

Together with Great Northern in Kerteminde the most fancy and upscale setup in Denmark. Clubhouse, training facilities, restaurant... everything around the two courses is fantastic.

I have so far only played the New Course which is a fantastic course. Impeccable greenkeeping. Very good layout, with fun and testing green areas. Quite a bit of water in play. Beautiful tranquil surroundings and nature. Maybe lacking a little in wow factor, and with a few rather bland holes. Especially a couple of the par threes. Next time I hope to play the old course, which I have been told, has more variation in layout, and is a little shorter and more fun to play.
