Architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. put his own brand on a Golf course unique in the world : the basin of a volcano, where in antiquity was located the Turno’s Lake, transformed in a challenging and well proportioned Golf course.
Under the watchful eye of the seventeenth-century Club House, thousands of pitfalls are waiting for players of every kind of playing level. So they need to study each stroke with a lot of attention, from the first drive from tee 1 terrace, till the last putt on the 18th green. You can discover each hole gradually, with its natural obstacles and different ground levels, surrounded by ancient olive trees, majestic oaks and typical roman maritime pines.

Castelgandolfo
CastelGandolfo is located in an old volcano crater what gives its beautiful views when you tee-off at 1 or 10 its a big circle of green where the 18 holes are carefully designed. The designer was Robert Trent Jones Sr. and there are some very interesting holes.

This golf course is situated in a quiet and beautiful surrounding. From the clubhouse you have a beautiful overview over all 18 holes of the golf course. The golf course is good with enough variety and challenge. Holes 4 and 15 are nice to play with a lot of choices. It's a golf course for all level of players. Castelgandolfo
Escludendo il campo pratica, piccolo e scomodo e con brutte Palline è un golf molto bello e unico.
È l’unico campo che conosco in cui dalla Club house si vede tutto il percorso. La Villa nobiliare domina il cratere di un ex vulcano da cui partono e arrivano le 18 buche. Green che quando sono veloci diventano veramente difficili.
