Nice practice facilities too bad you can only hit irons on the driving range while on the course most holes require a driver even from the silver tees. There is a lot of building around the course and some houses are huge (30.000 m2!) although I understand that the real estate is connected to the course, in this case, it was a bit too much for me. What a beauty of a golf course. Especially the maintenance and quality of the grass was a welcome sight after a long rainy season back home. Deze baan is met alle recht verkozen tot “beste nieuwe golfbaan in de wereld” in 2019. De lay-out, het onderhoud, de surrounding en de uitzichten op de Burj Khalifa zijn fantastisch. Waar alle banen in Dubai nu last hebben van het warme weer en daardoor kale en dorre plekken vertonen ligt deze baan er nog steeds prachtig bij. De greens zijn gigantisch met mooie en moeilij… Mer

Dit is de nieuwste baan in Dubai en het is een absoluut plaatje! Het onderhoud van de baan, de kwaliteit van de greens, fairways en tee-boxen zijn geweldig. Het clubhuis heeft een leuk restaurant (the Duck Hook) om nog even na te zitten met een lekker biertje (bestel wel tijdens happy hour! 😏) en een hapje te eten.
