West Cliffs
You want to save on maintenance? Very easy. Make everything outside fairway wild wild. Every ball out of fairway is lost. And the design is torturous, hilly, windy etc. So expect frustration.
Connections between holes can be long.
Very cheap for this good level of maintenance.
Can not be second in Portugal!

Puntacana Resort & Club - La Cana
Total rip-off. Do not trust most of advices on this site which is becoming a real Teletubby operation. 300$ with all the extras. Plus a 43€ hamburger and coke. And they aren't even nice! Tortuga 9had been closed for some time now. So you play inland boring course, with fairways the size of airport strip. 2 sea side holes and DASSIT... Boring greens. THIS supposed to be Dy…
