Perhaps I was a little biased by the fantastic sunny and calm day or by far the best score I ever shot on a links course, but for me Brora is the epitome of enjoyable golf. The combination of the wonderfully classic old Machrihanish course, the ambitious Mac Dunes project and the quirky little Dunaverty certainly makes the southern tip of the Mull of Kintyre a worthy golf destination.
