Maintaining a pristine links-style experience on sandy soil, playable year-round, is indeed one of our key commitments. We would like, however, to sincerely apologize for your experience at the restaurant. This is a demanding sector, where maintaining consistency in service can sometimes be challenging, but this in no way reflects the standards we aim to deliver. Your feedback regarding attentiveness and overall service quality has been taken very seriously and will be addressed with our team. Regarding your perception of the course being “flooded” by Club Med guests, we would like to clarify that during your visit, the Club Med was in fact closed. While Club Med remains a valued partner, its guests do not benefit from any priority access or special privileges on the course. La Palmyre is a lively, seasonal golf destination, especially during peak periods where we welcome a large number of visiting golfers. While our members benefit from numerous advantages, we also believe it is essential to maintain an open and balanced access to the course, particularly in the summer months. This dynamic is part of the identity and vitality of our club. Our commitment remains unchanged: to offer every golfer a memorable experience. Financial considerations have never taken precedence over loyalty at La Palmyre — quite the contrary. However, we must also navigate a variety of expectations, and some situations can occasionally lead to differing perceptions.
