Silvermere Golf ClubPlayed the course several times. This time, we played sunset and morning. The sunset round took us 3 hrs, morning round 5 hrs. What a difference!
Course layout is very good. You need the be rather precise. There are several tricky holes, which need good tactics and strategy.
Maintenance of the public course is ok, but clearly not very good. I have better memories from the past. The big holes in the fairway are dangerous.
Driving range and shop are a highligt.
Every bay in the drivingrange has a trackman.
Brilliant! The choice in the shop is a paradise.
(especially for lefties)
The location of the restaurant is great and when you like pub-life and food, it is the place to be.
All in all, we enjoyed the day.
Nb: please try to upgrade your rentalclubs.

Silvermere Golf ClubImpressive practice facilities and shop, with specialist club fitting for left handed golfers. Nice lay-out with good variety of holes. Holes 17 and 18 both require a long carry over the lake in full view of the - always busy - club house terrace, adding some adrenaline to a tricky tee shot and approach respectively.

Silvermere Golf ClubThe restaurant needs to be a little bigger, we went on a Friday and it was heaving. Can't imagine how a Saturday is.

18 bucheSilvermere is a place where everyone is welcome and we pride ourselves on offering something to suit all tastes. Set amongst some of Surrey’s finest countryside the Par-71 course winds through dense woodland, open parkland and finishes with a couple of tricky shots across the stunning Silvermere Lake. It is undoubtedly one of the most challenging public courses in the region and is beautifully maintained by our dedicated team of Greenkeepers for you to enjoy seven days a week. The tree-lined golf course at Silvermere is a true test of golf located in the heart of Surrey. The first six holes are sure to get the pulse racing with tight fairways, challenging approaches and great views. However, the course is probably most renowned for the 17th and 18th holes played over the lake.
