Giocare su un campo eccezionale come il Marco Simone è un’esperienza indimenticabile: trovarsi sul tee della 1 regala un’emozione fortissima, con il ricordo vivido dell'epica vittoria europea in Ryder Cup che si respira in ogni singola buca del percorso. Il layout è estremamente sfidante e spettacolare. Nonostante il caldo asfissiante e i green recentemente carotati, il campo si presenta comunque in ottime condizioni generali, a testimonianza del grande lavoro di manutenzione. Un giro ricco di fascino e storia del golf: un'esperienza assolutamente da ripetere!

Playing Marco Simone was an absolute treat. Forget everything around the course (only the grass range is really nice), all the fun happens on the course itself. I loved the altitude changes on course, the varied lay-out, the risk-reward holes and the great maintenance. The greens were pure and the 10,5 stimp made them very difficult. Loved it. I know it is quite a lot of money, but playing a Ryder Cup course is special. It gives more joy watching the highlights now, knowing the difficulty of the course. But only come to play golf. Clubhouse and restaurant aren’t much to write home about. So I won’t. One shout out to the nice reception. People took our bags from the car and strapped them to our buggies, which were ready after our coffee. They also came by with drinks on course. Very welcome in the Italian heat.

Very overpriced. Paying for the Ryder cup history. Rental clubs were old and not a full set. Driving range was full and very torn up. The course was excellent but not worth the green fee. Bad speed of play due to mixed groups, took us 5 hours to get round and 3 groups on both 17th and 18th par 5's. A shame, wouldn't come again.

A total fraud. It’s embarrassing to see a Ryder Cup course with such mediocre course service and a clubhouse that’s falling apart. The only thing that’s somewhat decent is the course itself, but even that isn’t properly maintained. It’s a tourist trap. Avoid it.
