Large and active club... the restaurant is very popular with non-golfers, which is a bad thing for the golfers, as its so busy and noisy, that it detracts from the experience on #9 and #18 (all the talking and kids screaming...). The club house is in ranche style and sets the tone for this course, which has the feel of a Mexican dessert. There is not much water in this course, it’s all about wasteland with shrubs, bunkers, fairways and greens. The course is surrounded by villa’s with a matching colour palette. After playing Dubai Hills in the morning it took us 20 minutes to get to Arabian Ranches where the parking lot was packed. We managed to double park and got on the tee with 3 minutes to spare. I had my doubts about Arabian Ranches before we went there reading the reviews, although I must admit it was better than expected. The driving range is nice with practice of grass and pyramid balls. The course doesn't feature any water, but it is still a good layout with plenty of waste area's left and right of the fairways where you don't want to be. As I said it was… Mehr

Not as well-known, perhaps, as other Dubai courses but a quality club nonetheless. Usual desirable properties surrounding the course and very convivial clubhouse options after your round. Don't stray too far off the fairways as you'll be playing from the desert and making a terrible mess of your nice shiny irons...

The Arabian Rangers GC located south east of the Dubai city Center is a different course as expected. There is a relation with the Troon Golf and this has increased the price. The course has wide fairways but they look narrow because next to the fairway is only sand and lots of dessert bushes. Entretien moyen, beaus greens très roulants.

Un bon parcours sans plan d'eau mais avec beaucoup de sable. Le paysage sur le parcours n'est pas extraordinaire. Les greens obligent à une bonne lecture des pentes. Les fairways sont parfois étroits. Un très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour la région surtout à partir dune certaine heure de l'après-midi ou le tarif est de moitié.

Bel percorso, non troppo impegnativo, bella Club House, ottimo il ristorante Belga.

Ein Resort Platz der eher durchschnittichen Machart. Viel Sand und Büsche neben den Gras Fairways. Buggys gibt es mit GPS, allerdings ist der flache Parcour auch gut zu Fuss zu absolvieren. Cheap but not an easy golf course. Maintenance not up to the others played in Dubai. Difficult greens. Fairway ok but it could be better.

Met een geweldige temperatuur van 25 graden en een stevige wind, was het heerlijk golfen op deze baan. Wat een service en vriendelijkheid! Mooie practice faciliteiten met een mooi "torentje" aan gratis golfballen bij de driving range. De starter komt je vervolgens met een glimlach halen, en wenst je veel plezier. Leuke relatief nieuwe baan in Dubai. De kwaliteit en het onderhoud is, zoals nagenoeg overal in Dubai, goed te noemen. De prijs voor 18 holes is een eerlijke prijs en daardoor zeker de moeite waard als je niet elke keer de hoofdprijs wilt betalen. Unspektakulären Platz auf dem nur die Grüns in einem guten Zustand waren.

This is a course you should visit when in Dubai. It's not one of the big three courses but it is well worth the visit. Nice relaxed Clubhouse to enjoy a well deserved beer. Take a golf lesson from the pro Malcolm Young.

First of all the course is amazing as it gives that needed challenge to a golfer, what i think they should change would be the sand type around the whole course and if not just the bunkers. Might be a financial challenge but then atlist there would be no more grounding of clubs in the bunkers and play off the fairways would be much more better as it presents a more profes… Mehr
