Hirsala Golf has grown to be known as one of the most highly respected golf courses in Finland since its opening in 2007. The par-72, 6,212-meter golf course has hosted the Finnish Open golf tournament twice, in 2011 and 2015. The winners of these tournaments have since succeeded in Challenge Tour and European Tour. Hirsala is frequently visited by some of the best professional and amateur golfers in Finland due to the course’s excellent condition and challenging lay out. Hirsala Golf is designed by experienced and respected Northern Irish golf course designer David Jones. The beautiful forest course is carved to fit the naturally beautiful landscape and is proudly taken care of in an environmentally friendly way. HirsalaSauna after the round? Maybe even more surprising in Finland is the impeccable maintenance of Hirsala. The quality of the greens was great, bunkers and tee boxes very nice too. The first nine holes circulate in the beautiful woods and the second ones more in the winding countryside. We also met one of the deers (regular visitor). Club house modern and functional. Sustainability is an important theme in club development. The course requests precision and is certainly worth returning any time in Finland.

HirsalaHirsala continues to be prime golf clubs in Finland. Top level course maintenance, club house facilities and practise areas. Greens are excellent but fairways rather dry which is very common for Southern Finland.

HirsalaNice course, beautiful surroundings but to bad that Mister Winter was not that good for the Finnish grass.
The greens were bumpy, fairways less grass more sand.. BUT I really enjoyed playing here. Again, the surrounding is really nice and I had the luck it was 21 degrees and sunny?
Restaurant /clubhouse is nice, friendly people and helpful.
We had a lunch and dinner, very nice.
When you are in Finland, what I heard one of the better courses in Finland, lucky me I was here..

HirsalaNice and interesting course in a good condition. Fast greens. Some quite long walks from one hole to the next.
